With a bold managerial experience acquired at an early age in the industry of automotive parts within an extensive family business founded by his grand-father, Florian Traudich, our CEO, was born with an entrepreneurial mindset. Always eager to expend his ventures to new horizons, he is writing the future of the group with the hand of a leader and the intuition of a visionary. Internationally present in the fields of industry, innovation, and leisure, he is creating his legacy by fostering a culture that embraces entrepreneurship as a way of life to inspire, empower and innovate alongside his teams and partners.
Our Group Executive Director, Guillaume-Victor Laplace
After a comprehensive managerial career in the luxury goods industry in Paris, Guillaume-Victor is recognized as an expert within the niche luxury market. Putting an accent on his passion for the most exclusive and unforgettable hospitality experiences, he graduated in Switzerland from the renowned Glion Institute of Higher Education with a master’s degree in business. Ultimately, Guillaume-Victor made the move to Dubai, to leave his mark in the Middle Eastern region by implementing his strategic vision of how luxury can blend with innovation towards designing one-of-a-kind products and services.
