1. Welcome

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, Membership and travel services. By accessing our website, becoming a Member or booking travel services through Azraq, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Who we are

Azraq Membership is operated by Azraq Voyage Travel Agency L.L.C, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Azraq Voyage Travel Agency L.L.C is a Dubai-licensed, IATA-accredited travel agency providing curated travel services, personalised concierge assistance and an exclusive Membership programme. Throughout these Terms, "Azraq", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Azraq Voyage Travel Agency L.L.C.

3. Using our Website

Our website provides information about our Membership, travel services and partner experiences. By using our website, you agree to do so lawfully, to provide accurate information where requested, and not to reproduce or misuse our content in any way. We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without notice.

4. Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms operated by our partners or suppliers. These links are provided for your convenience only. Azraq does not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party website. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and you should review their applicable terms and privacy policies before use.

5. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are acting in a personal capacity or, where applicable, on behalf of a business with authority to enter into these Terms. Azraq reserves the right to request proof of identity or eligibility at any time. Membership is subject to Azraq's acceptance and Azraq may decline or revoke an application at its discretion.

6. Azraq Membership

The Membership is a subscription granting Members access to a curated package of travel services, concierge assistance, exclusive partner privileges and invite-only events. Access to these services is provided on an availability basis and certain benefits may be subject to supplier conditions, reservation requirements, venue capacity or additional charges. The Membership is not a timeshare, insurance product, investment or financial product of any kind.

Azraq reserves the right to add, modify or remove Membership benefits, partner privileges and included services at any time. Where a material change reduces the core benefits of a Membership tier, Azraq will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior notice. Members who do not wish to continue under the revised terms may cancel their Membership in accordance with Section 6 without penalty during the notice period.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Benefits may not be assigned, gifted or shared with third parties unless Azraq has expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Azraq may offer gifted Membership options at its sole discretion, subject to separate terms at the time of purchase.

7. Membership Fees

Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are payable in advance at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to update our pricing for future billing periods and will notify Members at least one (1) month before any changes take effect.

8. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you authorise Azraq to charge recurring Membership fees to your chosen payment method. Payments are processed securely through Geidea Payment L.L.C and may be made by Visa or Mastercard, or via Apple Pay, Google Pay or other supported digital wallets. Your Membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled in accordance with Section 9.

If a recurring Membership payment fails, Azraq will notify the Member and may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful after seven (7) days, Azraq reserves the right to suspend access to Membership benefits until payment is made in full. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the original due date, Azraq may treat the Membership as cancelled. Any costs incurred in recovering outstanding amounts may be charged to the Member.

9. Cancelling your Membership

To cancel your Membership, please send a written request to hello@azraq.group. A one-month notice period applies from the date of receipt of your request. Your Membership will remain active throughout the notice period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

10. Termination by Azraq

Azraq reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership at any time, with or without notice, if a Member breaches these Terms, engages in abusive, fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if continued provision of the Membership would be unlawful. In the event of termination for breach, no refund of fees already paid will be issued. Where Azraq terminates a Membership for reasons other than breach, Azraq will provide a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees covering the remaining unexpired portion of the Membership period.

11. Chargebacks

Membership fees are charged in consideration of continuous access to the Membership and its associated travel services and benefits, irrespective of use. By subscribing, Members agree not to initiate chargebacks on the sole basis that Membership benefits were not used during a given period. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory legal rights in connection with fraud or unauthorised transactions.

12. Travel bookings

Azraq arranges flights, hotels, villas, cruises, transport, tours, experiences and other travel services on behalf of its Members. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Azraq acts solely as an intermediary between the Member and the supplier and is not itself the provider of the travel service.

13. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas and any other documentation required for your intended travel, including any health or entry requirements applicable to your destination.

14. Travel Insurance

Azraq strongly recommends that all Members and travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to any trip, including cover for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, personal liability and loss or delay of baggage. Azraq does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for any loss arising from a Member's failure to obtain adequate cover. Members are solely responsible for ensuring their insurance is appropriate for their chosen destination and activities.

15. Concierge services

Concierge services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While we will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your requests, Azraq cannot guarantee the availability of specific reservations, upgrades or experiences.

16. Member events

Events are subject to availability and registration. photographs and video recordings may be taken by or on behalf of Azraq for marketing, promotional and internal purposes, including use on our website and social media channels. By attending an event, you consent to such use of your image unless you notify Azraq in writing before the event that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed. Images and recordings of Members will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law. Refunds in respect of travel bookings are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.

18. Service Fees

In addition to supplier costs for flights, hotels and other travel services, Azraq may charge a service fee for the arrangement and management of bookings. Any applicable service fees will be clearly disclosed to the Member prior to confirmation of a booking. Service fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

19. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, trademarks and materials appearing on our website or associated with Azraq remain the exclusive property of Azraq Voyage Travel Agency L.L.C or its licensors. No part of such content may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

20. Limitation of Liability

Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers over whom Azraq has no direct control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Azraq accepts no liability for any failure, delay, cancellation or substandard performance by a supplier, nor for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control.

21. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Membership or a travel service arranged by Azraq, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@azraq.group. For complaints relating to travel services, you should also notify the relevant supplier directly. Azraq will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days. Where a complaint relates to a supplier, Azraq's ability to resolve the matter may depend on the supplier's own investigation and response timelines.

22. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data including your name, contact details, payment information and travel preferences in order to administer your Membership, process payments, arrange travel services and communicate with you about your account and offers. Payments are processed securely by Geidea Payment L.L.C.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@azraq.group. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with travel suppliers and partners solely to the extent necessary to fulfil your bookings and Membership benefits. Our use of cookies and tracking technologies on our website is governed by our Cookie Policy, available on our website.

We process your data in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

23. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify Members of material changes in advance. Continued use of our website, Membership or travel services following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

25. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or failure of third-party infrastructure. In such circumstances, the affected party shall notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable. If a force majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) days, either party may terminate affected bookings or services without liability, subject to any applicable supplier refund policies.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not been included.
