2018

The beginning

Florian Traudich succeeds his grandfather, Yves Bontaz, and takes over the leadership of YB. Building on this family heritage and driven by the desire to create a new story, he founded Blue Estate.

2018

Launch of Blue Estate Agency

Blue Estate Agency is launched with a curated portfolio of exceptional properties, selected according to high standards of quality, design and location.

2020

Investment & development division

With a strong desire to create or improve existing assets, the Blue Estate team decided to create the Blue Estate Invest division, which is designed to develop the business through investment, real estate development and brokerage. Each construction or renovation project is thought out, carefully designed and fully monitored by the Blue Estate teams, in order to optimise its potential and make it a prestigious property.
